Return and exchange of goods in Electro Shop is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". We strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible for our customers.

🕒 Product return terms

You have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order, excluding the day of purchase.

Refund is carried out during 3–7 business days after receiving and checking the goods in our warehouse.

✅ Terms of return or exchange

Exchange or return possible provided that the following requirements are met:

Product condition: The product has not been used and has no signs of use.
Appearance: no scratches, scuffs, traces of installation or damage.
Equipment: Complete set, instructions and factory markings preserved.
Packaging: It is advisable to keep the original packaging for safe transportation.
Purchase document: a check or other document confirming payment.

🚫 Non-returnable items

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, some categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.

Products with individual characteristics or made to order.
Goods with mechanical damage caused by the buyer.
Goods that have been used or have signs of assembly.

🚚 Shipping costs

If the product is of good quality (the product did not fit) — the shipping costs are paid by buyer.
If the product has a manufacturing defect — shipping costs are paid by shop.
