Welcome to the AXON community! You have purchased an intelligent uninterruptible power system designed to keep your communications and electronics running smoothly in all conditions. This page will help you get the most out of your device, both safely and efficiently.

1. Energy Within (Technical Insight)

To assemble AXON devices, we use exclusively original high-current class batteries. Industrial Grade (Tesla, Panasonic, Samsung or LG).

Quality control: Each element undergoes individual internal resistance and capacitance testing before installation.
Reliability: Using elements with low internal resistance (26-28 mOhm) guarantees stable operation under load and long service life (up to 1000+ cycles).

2. Important operating rules (Safety First)

To ensure your device lasts for years, follow these simple rules:

⚡️ Pure sine wave: When using inverters during power outages, make sure your the inverter outputs pure sine. Using cheap inverters with a modified (stepped) sine wave can damage the UPS charging unit.
🔌 Original power supply: Use only the supplied or recommended power supply.
🌡 Temperature mode: Avoid using the device in direct sunlight or near heaters. Optimal operating temperature: +15°C - +25°C.
🔋 Storage: If you do not plan to use the device for a long time, store it charged at 50-70%. Do not allow it to completely self-discharge during long-term storage.

3. Warranty obligation

We are confident in the quality of our components and the professionalism of the assembly, so we provide a separate guarantee:

Battery cells: 12 months full warranty.
Electronic unit (device): 3 months warranty.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

Violation of integrity fillings or self-opening of the case.
Mechanical damage, moisture ingress, or the consequences of dropping the device.
Failure due to network connection via poor-quality inverters with an approximated (modified) sine wave.
Using third-party power supplies that do not meet the device specifications.

Note: For long-term and safe operation, it is recommended to charge the device from a stable power grid or inverters with pure sine wave.
