For orders with cash on delivery (cash on delivery) in our store, a minimum prepayment rule of 150 UAH.

Why is this important?

1. Insurance payment: This amount covers the logistics costs for round-trip delivery if the customer is unable to pick up the parcel from a Nova Poshta branch.

2. Transparency: Prepayment amount is deducted from the total cost of the product. You pay the remaining amount at the post office (150 UAH less).

3. Discipline: This confirms the seriousness of your purchase intentions and allows us to prepare your order for shipment faster.

Payment by IBAN details is the safest way to pay via monobank, Privat24 or other applications:

1. Copy the IBAN number (UA05…).

2. Open your banking app.

3. Select menu «"Payments"» → «"By the details"» (or "To IBAN").

4. Paste the copied number. The recipient's last name and TIN are usually automatically filled in.

5. Enter the amount 150 UAH.

6. In the payment purpose, please specify: «"Account replenishment"».
